MMO Fansite Awardは、MMOFuryが2年に1回行っているもので、その時点で最も評価が高かったファンサイトを表彰するものです。旬なサイトが取り上げられるほか、総合サイトとして定番化しているサイトなどが受賞する形になっています。

まず特定タイトルのファンサイトとして評価が高かったトップ5は次のとおり：
1位：Warhammer Alliance - Game: Warhammer Online Age of Reckoning
2位：Flyff World - Game: Flyff Fly For Fun
3位：1Perfect World - Game: Perfect World
4位：MapleTip - Game: Maple Story
5位：AOC Source - Game: Age of Conan

WARやConanのファンサイトがランクインしているほか、Flyff、Perfect World、Maple Storyなど、アジア発のMMOのファンサイトが受賞したというのが特徴的になっています。

また、複数のMMOを取り扱う総合サイトとしては、以下の3サイトが受賞しています：
Allakhazam.com - Top Informational Fansite
IGN-Vault - Top Multi-Game Fansite Database
TenTonHammer - Top Multi-Game Community Fansite

3サイトとも受賞理由は異なり、Allakhazamは情報、IGNはデータベース、Ten Ton Hammerはコミュニティということで、棲み分けもできているか、といったところです。この辺のサイトは見た事無い方はいないでしょうね。
